Delivery options
Your item’s shipping method and price are confirmed in the shipping calculator and at checkout. Here is what each delivery path means.
Items weighing 149 lb or less ship by ground parcel rather than freight.
Your equipment is palletized and protected. The freight carrier schedules delivery, then uses a liftgate to lower it to your curb or driveway. Moving it inside and unpacking it are up to you.
When selected and available for your address, the delivery team brings the equipment into the room, assembles and tests it, then removes the packaging.
For commercial builds and multi-pallet orders, a dedicated trailer keeps the full order together in one delivery. We confirm the unloading plan before the truck ships.
Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in. We will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.
Anything that arrives damaged or fails under warranty is handled separately and carries no restocking fee. Full terms are in our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Coverage and accessories have to go on the same booking as the machine. Add them here and they travel together.

I was thinking about getting Ozempic, but I’m not in the mood to go blind yet. So I decided I’d do it the old fashioned way and called CTX.

CTX stands by their products. I recently purchased a Precor elliptical from them & it arrived with a mechanical flaw. They coordinated with a technician to get my product fixed like new. They accomplished this despite the fact that my home was two states away. Special thank you to Nichole for staying accessible and attentive throughout the process!

Rebuilt in our Jarrell, TX shop
Every machine we sell as remanufactured goes through the same process, whatever the brand or the price. Not a wipe-down and a price tag.
Assessed frame to console, then taken apart and checked part by part. Nothing gets judged from the outside.
Every moving and touched component, from belts and cables to bearings, bushings and grips, is evaluated and rebuilt or replaced, then the machine gets a full cosmetic restoration.
Electronics bench-tested, frames and welds checked, panels refinished, then reassembled to the manufacturer's specification.
A full operational cycle under load before it ships. Anything that fails the final check goes back through service, not onto a truck.

The Cybex Eagle Torso Rotation uses a fixed lower body with head-led rotation, dual angled foot pegs, Range Limiting Device with 10° start positions, Dual Axis Technology™, Twist Select 5 lb increments, and a 305 lb selectorized stack - the fixed lower body design is the key biomechanical specification: by immobilizing the lower body and allowing the head to lead the trunk through the rotation, the movement mirrors the way rotational power is actually produced in sport and functional activity - from the ground up, with the hips fixed and the thoracic spine and obliques driving the rotation. Hip-rotating torso machines allow the pelvis to participate, reducing oblique isolation and producing a different movement pattern. The dual angled foot pegs provide two stabilization reference points that brace the lower body at different angles, accommodating different user heights and preferred bracing positions. RLD synchronizes the cam to each user's starting rotation position in 10° increments, maintaining force curve integrity through the full rotational arc.
Gas spring-assisted seat with position indicator for repeatable setup. Variable resistance profiles the oblique strength curve. Twist Select 5 lb increments. Enclosed stack. 690 lb total with standard stack (305 lb), 48" × 47" footprint. Remanufactured.

Key features
Specifications
1. What are the exact dimensions and space requirements for this Cybex Eagle Torso Rotation machine?
The machine measures 48 inches front to back, 47 inches wide, and 76 inches high. Allowing extra clearance around the footprint is suggested for safe and comfortable use.
2. How heavy is the weight stack and how does resistance adjust?
It features a 305 lb selectorized weight stack, adjustable in 5 lb increments using the Twist Select system.
3. What muscles does this machine target and how does its design support core training?
It primarily targets the internal and external obliques and rectus abdominis, with secondary focus on the erector spinae, multifidus, and transverse abdominis. The fixed lower body and head-led rotation pattern are designed to isolate and strengthen the core in a functional movement.
4. How does this model differ from other torso rotation machines?
Unlike hip-rotating torso machines, this model fixes the lower body and leads rotation with the head and trunk, better isolating the obliques and mirroring athletic movement patterns.
5. What is the warranty for this remanufactured unit?
Remanufactured machines come with a 1-year parts and labor warranty from the delivery date. Extended coverage is available as BAG Care+ on the product page.
6. What delivery options are available for this machine?
You can choose Driveway Freight Delivery or Inside Delivery & Assembly at checkout. Stairs are quoted separately, and the shipping calculator on the page shows freight costs.
