Need upper body plate loaded machines for presses and rows? This collection covers plate-loaded chest, shoulder, and back stations that load with Olympic plates. Choose new BUILT Strength or remanufactured Hammer Strength, Hoist, and related brands.
Plate-loaded upper body machines shine for progressive overload and iso-lateral paths without a weight stack.
Plate loaded or selectorized for upper body: which is better?
Plate-loaded favors lifters who think in plates. Selectorized is faster for circuits. Compare upper-body selectorized and all plate-loaded.
Which presses and rows should you buy first?
Prioritize flat/incline press and a horizontal or high row, then add isolation. See chest plate-loaded and remanufactured strength.
- Related: free weights.
