BUILT Strength Foundation Series Adjustable Decline Bench
Precor Discovery Series Adjustable Bench
An adjustable bench is the most useful bench for most gyms because one pad covers flat, incline, and often decline work. Top picks include the BUILT Strength Foundation Series Adjustable Bench 2.0 and the Foundation Series Adjustable Decline Bench, with remanufactured adjustable benches from Precor, Hoist, Cybex, Hammer Strength, and Nautilus when in stock. If you only buy one bench, make it an adjustable one, then add a flat or Olympic bench later for heavy pressing.
Need an adjustable weight bench for presses and accessory work? This collection covers FID and incline/decline benches that fit under racks and support progressive training at home or in facilities.
Adjustable benches unlock incline presses and step-ups without buying multiple fixed benches.
How do you choose an adjustable bench?
Check ladder angles, pad width, weight rating, and whether it fits inside your rack. See all benches and power racks.

What does FID mean on a bench?
FID stands for flat, incline, decline. An FID bench adjusts to all three, so it covers flat press, incline press, and decline work with one piece.
