When to start
Five To Six Months Out
Start the estimate. Room for the plan, the changes, the build and the install without any of it being rushed.
Custom color minimum. Custom color, pad and logo orders are built to order and cannot be pulled forward. Treat twelve weeks as the floor, not the target.
New equipment lead time. Most of the range is in stock. Some items run two to four weeks and occasionally six to eight.
Still call. Some in-stock items turn around same day. We will tell you honestly what is achievable for your date.
How ordering works
Four Stages
- 1 Tell us the space Square footage, ceiling height, doors and stairs. A rough sketch is enough.
- 2 Estimate and render Equipment list, quote, and a 3D render of the room. Free, and yours to keep.
- 3 Adjust until it fits Swap machines, change the mix, move things around. The stage to change your mind.
- 4 Delivered and installed Into the room, assembled, tested, and the packaging leaves with us.

Yes. Send the square footage, your target opening date and a rough idea of budget, and we come back with a full equipment list and a quote. There is no charge and no obligation to order.
Yes, it comes with the estimate. You see the room laid out with real spacing before anything is ordered, and you keep it either way.

Five to six months is the guideline for a full floor. Most of the range is in stock, some items run two to four weeks and occasionally six to eight, and custom color, pad or logo orders take twelve to fourteen weeks. Later than that is still worth a call.
Ship and receive-by dates are estimates and can change. We ship the order complete once everything is ready and are not obligated to split it. If you need what we have on hand sooner to hit your opening, ask and we will ship it ahead; the additional shipment is billed to you. Canceling a delayed order follows our normal cancellation terms.
We contact you three times by phone, email and text over 7 business days to confirm a delivery date. If we don’t hear back, we ship the order to the shipping address on file by curbside (driveway) delivery; we don’t hold orders in storage. If installation was included, it is not performed and we refund the installation portion minus a 20% cancellation fee. A shipment that is refused, can’t be delivered or comes back to us cancels the whole order with no refund, and freight charges are yours. Orders canceled more than 30 days after purchase while we still have the goods are forfeited. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.
Every floor is quoted on its own. The mix of new, BUILT Strength and remanufactured moves the number more than anything else, followed by size, custom color and delivery. Send us the space and we will come back with an equipment list and a straight quote.

Orders under $100,000 are paid in full at the time of order. Orders of $100,000 or more can be set up on payment terms: 60% down, with the remaining 40% due within 60 days or before shipment, whichever comes first. All payments must clear before anything ships. Deposit orders follow our standard cancellation terms: within 24 hours of purchase, no cancellation fee except 3% on amounts paid by credit card; after that, a 20% cancellation fee, or you can take the full amount (less the 3% card fee) as store credit that never expires. Orders that include custom items (custom color, pads or logos) are non-refundable, and if one is canceled before shipping, the custom goods are surrendered to us.
Most commercial floors are a mix. Remanufactured is the same commercial-grade frame stripped, repaired, tested and rebuilt, at a fraction of new, so the budget covers more of the room. We will tell you which pieces are worth buying new and which are not.
New equipment carries a full year of parts and labor plus lifetime coverage on the frame. Remanufactured carries a full year of parts and labor, backed by us. Extended coverage is available on both and has to be bought before the equipment ships. Full coverage details.
Nationwide, every ZIP code. Driveway Delivery brings it to you, and Inside Delivery & Assembly puts it in the room, builds it, tests it and takes the packaging away. Stairs are quoted separately. Send photos of the doors and stairwell and we will price it.
