Delivery options
How delivery works
Your item’s shipping method and price are confirmed in the shipping calculator and at checkout. Here is what each delivery path means.
Driveway freight delivery
Your equipment is palletized and protected. The freight carrier schedules delivery, then uses a liftgate to lower it to your curb or driveway. Moving it inside and unpacking it are up to you.
Inside delivery & assembly
When selected and available for your address, the delivery team brings the equipment into the room, assembles and tests it, then removes the packaging.
Full truckload
For commercial builds and multi-pallet orders, a dedicated trailer keeps the full order together in one delivery. We confirm the unloading plan before the truck ships.
Size: 65" × 40" × 78" tall
What Remanufactured Means
Every remanufactured machine is fully disassembled, deep cleaned, repaired or re-parted to factory spec, then tested under load before it ships. Backed by one year parts and labor, with extended coverage available.
Warranty Coverage
New and remanufactured equipment are both covered for one year, parts and labor, backed by us. Extended protection is available on either through BAG Care+. Used equipment is sold as-is with no warranty coverage, and is described honestly before you buy. We service nationwide - every ZIP code in the country - so coverage travels with the machine.
30-Day Returns & Exchanges
Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in. We will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.
Anything that arrives damaged or fails under warranty is handled separately and carries no restocking fee. Full terms are in our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Add before it ships
Before the freight bookingCoverage and accessories have to go on the same booking as the machine. Add them here and they travel together.
Extended warrantyRecommendedEvery machine includes 1 year parts and labor.

I was thinking about getting Ozempic, but I’m not in the mood to go blind yet. So I decided I’d do it the old fashioned way and called CTX.

CTX stands by their products. I recently purchased a Precor elliptical from them & it arrived with a mechanical flaw. They coordinated with a technician to get my product fixed like new. They accomplished this despite the fact that my home was two states away. Special thank you to Nichole for staying accessible and attentive throughout the process!

Dillon and his team outfitted my entire new gym. We worked together from the beginning stages. They had the same exact vision I had. They did everything possible to make our dream gym. And they did!!

The entire experience was amazing. I literally told them what I wanted and they made it even better. The Build line is amazing. I get compliments on it daily. From the stitching on the equipment to how smooth it is. I can not say enough good things about it. And the plate loaded build equipment is legit. I’m an equipment snob. I love finding the old pieces. But this stuff is even better. Pure quality and can stand some big weights!
We plan on opening a couple more gyms, and we are definitely usi -

What remanufactured means here
Every machine we sell as remanufactured goes through the same process, whatever the brand or the price. Not a wipe-down and a price tag.
-
Inspected and stripped down
Assessed frame to console, then taken apart and checked part by part. Nothing gets judged from the outside.
-
Wear parts replaced
Belts, cables, bearings, bushings, grips and safety-critical hardware are replaced as standard, whether or not they still have life in them.
-
Refinished and rebuilt to spec
Electronics bench-tested, frames and welds checked, panels refinished, then reassembled to the manufacturer's specification.
-
Tested under load
A full operational cycle under load before it ships. Anything that fails the final check goes back through service, not onto a truck.

Commercial-grade equipment, inspected and supported by warranty.
The Cybex Eagle Row 11030 uses independent diverging movement arms, a gas-assisted adjustable chest pad, dual-grip handles, and a foot support bar - independent diverging arms are the key mechanical distinction from a fixed bilateral row handle: each arm moves outward as it travels back, following the natural path the elbows take when the scapulae retract during a rowing movement. A fixed bilateral handle forces both arms to travel in identical parallel paths regardless of individual shoulder width or scapular mechanics - diverging arms accommodate natural variation and allow each side to retract and rotate through its own arc. The chest pad is the essential anchor point: pressing into a stable chest pad allows the pulling force to come entirely from the back and arms rather than from body English and hip extension, which is what makes the row an isolation movement for the back rather than a whole-body pulling effort.
Foot support bar for stability during pulling. Dual-grip handles for row variation. 300 LB stack. 679 lb Cybex Eagle commercial frame, 65" × 40" footprint. Remanufactured.

Independent Diverging Arms - Natural Scapular Retraction Arc
Each arm diverges outward as it travels back - following the natural path the elbows take during scapular retraction. A fixed bilateral handle forces both arms through identical parallel paths regardless of shoulder width or individual scapular mechanics; diverging independent arms accommodate natural variation and allow each side to retract through its own arc, exposing and correcting left-to-right pulling imbalances.
Gas-Assisted Chest Pad · Foot Bar · Dual-Grip Handles
Gas-assisted chest pad adjusts quickly and provides a stable anchor so pulling force comes entirely from back and arms rather than body English and hip extension - the mechanism that isolates the back on a chest-supported row. Foot support bar provides stability during heavy pulls. Dual-grip handles enable row grip variation for different back emphasis.
