Delivery options
Your item’s shipping method and price are confirmed in the shipping calculator and at checkout. Here is what each delivery path means.
Items weighing 149 lb or less ship by ground parcel rather than freight.
Your equipment is palletized and protected. The freight carrier schedules delivery, then uses a liftgate to lower it to your curb or driveway. Moving it inside and unpacking it are up to you.
When selected and available for your address, the delivery team brings the equipment into the room, assembles and tests it, then removes the packaging.
For commercial builds and multi-pallet orders, a dedicated trailer keeps the full order together in one delivery. We confirm the unloading plan before the truck ships.
Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in. We will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.
Anything that arrives damaged or fails under warranty is handled separately and carries no restocking fee. Full terms are in our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Coverage and accessories have to go on the same booking as the machine. Add them here and they travel together.

I was thinking about getting Ozempic, but I’m not in the mood to go blind yet. So I decided I’d do it the old fashioned way and called CTX.

CTX stands by their products. I recently purchased a Precor elliptical from them & it arrived with a mechanical flaw. They coordinated with a technician to get my product fixed like new. They accomplished this despite the fact that my home was two states away. Special thank you to Nichole for staying accessible and attentive throughout the process!

Every machine we sell as remanufactured goes through the same process, whatever the brand or the price. Not a wipe-down and a price tag.
Assessed frame to console, then taken apart and checked part by part. Nothing gets judged from the outside.
Every moving and touched component, from belts and cables to bearings, bushings and grips, is evaluated and rebuilt or replaced, then the machine gets a full cosmetic restoration.
Electronics bench-tested, frames and welds checked, panels refinished, then reassembled to the manufacturer's specification.
A full operational cycle under load before it ships. Anything that fails the final check goes back through service, not onto a truck.

The Precor UBK 865 Upright Bike delivers KOPS knee-over-pedal-spindle geometry, two-stage belt drive, one-handed seat adjustment on or off the bike, custom handlebars with integrated touch HR, Polar telemetry, 25 resistance levels, 20 programs, and P62 10" capacitive touchscreen - 169 lb commercial frame, 58" to 78" user height, 350 lb capacity, 48"×21" footprint. The UBK 865 is the upright companion to the RBK 865 recumbent bike - sharing the same KOPS geometry, two-stage belt drive, 25 resistance levels, and P62 console - with the upright position placing the user above the pedals rather than reclined behind them. KOPS (knee-over-pedal-spindle) in the upright context functions the same way as on the recumbent: the knee tracks directly over the pedal spindle at the bottom of the stroke rather than shifting forward, which minimizes anterior knee shear force through the pedaling arc. On an upright bike the KOPS alignment is established by both seat height and fore-aft seat position - the UBK 865's one-handed seat adjustment allows users to dial in both dimensions quickly, even while seated on the bike, without dismounting for adjustment. This is meaningfully different from a standard adjustment that requires dismounting, releasing a fixed clamp, and repositioning: on a commercial floor where members have different inseam lengths and are rotating through the bike throughout the day, the ability to adjust quickly and accurately from the saddle increases the likelihood that users actually set the bike correctly rather than riding at whatever height the previous user left it. The 19" crank width and 58" to 78" height accommodation cover the full range of commercial user populations without a wide-stance compromise.
P62 10" capacitive touchscreen with 20 programs including intervals, hills, heart-rate, and watt targets. Polar-compatible telemetry for precision heart rate zone training. 169 lb Precor UBK 865 commercial upright bike, 48"×21" footprint. Remanufactured.

Specifications
1. What are the exact dimensions and space requirements for this upright bike?
This bike measures 48 inches front-to-back, 21 inches wide, and 62 inches high, with a 7 square foot footprint. For comfortable access and use, we suggest allowing extra clearance around the machine.
2. What user heights and weights does this bike accommodate?
It is designed for users between 58 and 78 inches tall and supports a maximum user weight of 350 pounds.

4. What types of training and muscle groups does this bike support?
It supports upright cycling, interval, hill, heart rate zone, watt-based, endurance, and low-impact cardio training. Primary muscles targeted include quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and calves, with secondary focus on core, hip flexors, and lower back.
5. What condition will the bike be in when delivered?
This is a remanufactured commercial bike, fully rebuilt and quality tested in Texas. It may have minor cosmetic marks from prior use but is certified for performance and durability.
6. What delivery and assembly options are available for this bike?
You can choose Driveway Freight Delivery (curbside drop-off) or Inside Delivery & Assembly (brought to your room and assembled). Stairs are quoted separately, and shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.
