Delivery options
Your item’s shipping method and price are confirmed in the shipping calculator and at checkout. Here is what each delivery path means.
Items weighing 149 lb or less ship by ground parcel rather than freight.
Your equipment is palletized and protected. The freight carrier schedules delivery, then uses a liftgate to lower it to your curb or driveway. Moving it inside and unpacking it are up to you.
When selected and available for your address, the delivery team brings the equipment into the room, assembles and tests it, then removes the packaging.
For commercial builds and multi-pallet orders, a dedicated trailer keeps the full order together in one delivery. We confirm the unloading plan before the truck ships.
Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in. We will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.
Anything that arrives damaged or fails under warranty is handled separately and carries no restocking fee. Full terms are in our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Coverage and accessories have to go on the same booking as the machine. Add them here and they travel together.

I was thinking about getting Ozempic, but I’m not in the mood to go blind yet. So I decided I’d do it the old fashioned way and called CTX.

CTX stands by their products. I recently purchased a Precor elliptical from them & it arrived with a mechanical flaw. They coordinated with a technician to get my product fixed like new. They accomplished this despite the fact that my home was two states away. Special thank you to Nichole for staying accessible and attentive throughout the process!

Every machine we sell as remanufactured goes through the same process, whatever the brand or the price. Not a wipe-down and a price tag.
Assessed frame to console, then taken apart and checked part by part. Nothing gets judged from the outside.
Every moving and touched component, from belts and cables to bearings, bushings and grips, is evaluated and rebuilt or replaced, then the machine gets a full cosmetic restoration.
Electronics bench-tested, frames and welds checked, panels refinished, then reassembled to the manufacturer's specification.
A full operational cycle under load before it ships. Anything that fails the final check goes back through service, not onto a truck.

A recent Precor UBK 815 Upright Bike w/ Experience Console, wrapped and photographed on the pallet before it left our Texas shop.
This is a recent unit of this model, not necessarily the one you'll receive. Yours goes through the same process.

The Precor UBK 815 Upright Bike delivers smooth quiet magnetic resistance, ergonomic seat and handlebars, Experience Console with essential workout feedback, and sturdy commercial-grade construction in a compact footprint - 155 lb frame, 46"×21" footprint. The UBK 815 is the upright companion to the RBK 815 recumbent bike - sharing the magnetic resistance system, Experience Console, and commercial-grade build in the upright riding position. The difference between upright and recumbent positioning is more than ergonomic preference: in the upright position the rider sits above the pedals with the torso supported by the handlebars and the core engaged for balance, which increases upper body and core involvement relative to the recumbent position where the back is fully supported. Upright cycling more closely replicates the position of road or mountain cycling, making the UBK 815 the appropriate choice for cyclists cross-training indoors. Magnetic resistance in the UBK 815 applies the same eddy current non-contact braking principle as the RBK 815 - no friction pad, no wear surface, no contact noise at any resistance level, and consistent resistance feel throughout the pedaling cadence range. The Experience Console delivers the workout feedback riders need - resistance level, cadence, speed, time, calories, and heart rate - in a clean, easy-to-read display without touchscreen complexity. At 155 lb and 46"×21", the UBK 815 is the lightest and most compact upright bike in the Precor line carried here, appropriate for facilities and home setups where floor space is a constraint.
Ergonomic seat and handlebars for comfortable posture across all session lengths. 155 lb Precor UBK 815 commercial upright bike, 46"×21" footprint. Remanufactured.

Specifications
1. What are the exact dimensions and space requirements for this Precor UBK 815 Upright Bike?
The bike measures 46 inches long, 21 inches wide, and 57 inches high, with a 7 square foot footprint. For comfortable use and access, it's a good idea to allow extra clearance around the machine.
2. How does the UBK 815 differ from the RBK 815 recumbent bike?
The UBK 815 is an upright bike, so you ride above the pedals with your core engaged, which more closely replicates road cycling and involves more upper body and core muscles compared to the fully supported recumbent position of the RBK 815.
3. What type of resistance does this bike use, and how does it benefit the user?
It uses magnetic eddy current resistance, which is smooth and quiet with no contact wear or friction, providing consistent resistance at all levels and cadences.
4. What muscles and training types is this upright bike best suited for?
It primarily targets quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and calves, with secondary engagement of core stabilizers and hip flexors. It's suitable for upright cycling, interval training, endurance, low-impact cardio, cross-training, and heart rate zone workouts.
5. What condition can I expect from this remanufactured UBK 815?
This bike is fully disassembled, cleaned, repaired, and tested in Texas before shipping, with worn parts replaced. It may have cosmetic marks from previous use, but is certified for commercial use.
6. What are the delivery and assembly options for this upright bike?
You can choose curbside freight delivery or have a crew bring it inside, assemble it, and remove packaging. Stairs require a separate quote, and the shipping calculator on the product page shows your freight options.
