When selected and available for your address, the delivery team brings the equipment into the room, assembles and tests it, then removes the packaging.
Full truckload
For commercial builds and multi-pallet orders, a dedicated trailer keeps the full order together in one delivery. We confirm the unloading plan before the truck ships.

30-Day Returns & Exchanges
Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in. We will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.

The Precor TRM 865 Treadmill delivers Ground Effects® Impact Control (GFX), Integrated Footplant Technology® (IFT), adjustable speed and incline, P62 10" touchscreen with TV, internet, and performance metrics, and commercial-grade construction - 430 lb commercial frame, 83"×35" footprint. The TRM 865 brings the same dual impact-reduction technology as the TRM 761 - GFX deck cushioning and IFT belt adaptation - paired with the P62's richer media console rather than a simpler LED or button interface. GFX operates at the deck level, progressively absorbing the peak force of each footstrike to reduce the instantaneous load spike at the heel. IFT operates at the belt drive level, matching belt speed to the natural slight deceleration of the foot at contact - reducing the braking impulse from belt-foot slip that accumulates as fatigue during longer sessions. Together they address two different root causes of treadmill running impact, as on the TRM 761.
