CTX stands by their products. I recently purchased a Precor elliptical from them & it arrived with a mechanical flaw. They coordinated with a technician to get my product fixed like new. They accomplished this despite the fact that my home was two states away. Special thank you to Nichole for staying accessible and attentive throughout the process!

Dillon and his team outfitted my entire new gym. We worked together from the beginning stages. They had the same exact vision I had. They did everything possible to make our dream gym. And they did!!
The entire experience was amazing. I literally told them what I wanted and they made it even better. The Build line is amazing. I get compliments on it daily. From the stitching on the equipment to how smooth it is. I can not say enough good things about it. And the plate loaded build equipment is legit. I’m an equipment snob. I love finding the old pieces. But this stuff is even better. Pure quality and can stand some big weights!
We plan on opening a couple more gyms, and we are definitely usi

Rebuilt in our Jarrell, TX shop

What remanufactured means here

Every machine we sell as remanufactured goes through the same process, whatever the brand or the price. Not a wipe-down and a price tag.

  1. Inspected and stripped down

    Inspected and stripped down

Assessed frame to console, then taken apart and checked part by part. Nothing gets judged from the outside.

  2. Wear parts replaced

    Wear parts replaced

Belts, cables, bearings, bushings, grips and safety-critical hardware are replaced as standard, whether or not they still have life in them.

  3. Refinished and rebuilt to spec

    Refinished and rebuilt to spec

Electronics bench-tested, frames and welds checked, panels refinished, then reassembled to the manufacturer's specification.

  4. Tested under load

    Tested under load

A full operational cycle under load before it ships. Anything that fails the final check goes back through service, not onto a truck.

Product details

Commercial-grade equipment, inspected and supported by warranty.

The Precor RBK 865 Recumbent Bike combines a two-stage drive system, knee-over-spindle biomechanics, Air Flex ventilated backrest, step-through frame, extra-wide double-sided pedals, 25 resistance levels (18 to 750 watts), 17 workouts, and P62 10" touchscreen - 219 lb commercial frame, 67"×23" footprint. The two-stage drive system is the mechanical specification that determines resistance feel quality: a single-stage drive connects the pedals directly to the flywheel or resistance mechanism, which produces a resistance curve that can feel notchy or inconsistent at low and high cadences. A two-stage drive uses an intermediate gear reduction that smooths the resistance input across the full pedaling speed range - so the 25 resistance levels feel consistent and fluid whether the user is turning 20 RPM during low-intensity rehabilitation or 150 RPM at maximum sprint output. The 18-watt minimum at level 1 / 20 RPM establishes the floor for rehabilitation loading, and the 750-watt maximum at level 25 / 150 RPM establishes the performance ceiling - a range that covers medically supervised cardiac rehabilitation through high-intensity athletic conditioning. Knee-over-spindle biomechanics position the pedal spindle directly below the knee at the bottom of the stroke, which is the alignment that minimizes anterior knee shear force - the force that stresses the patellofemoral joint - through the pedaling arc. The Air Flex backrest uses a ventilated flexible suspension rather than a rigid foam pad, which allows the backrest to flex slightly with the user's lumbar movement rather than forcing the spine to conform to a fixed surface.

Step-through frame for easy entry and exit. Extra-wide double-sided pedals accommodate foot entry from either side. P62 10" touchscreen with 17 workouts. 219 lb Precor RBK 865 commercial frame, 67"×23" footprint. Remanufactured.

Two-Stage Drive · 18-750 Watts · 25 Levels - Rehab to Performance
Two-stage drive smooths resistance through intermediate gear reduction - delivering consistent, fluid feel across the full 20 to 150 RPM cadence range rather than the notchy transitions single-stage drives produce. 18-watt minimum covers medically supervised rehabilitation; 750-watt maximum covers high-intensity athletic conditioning. 25 levels provide 36-watt average steps at the top of the range for precise progressive loading.
Knee-Over-Spindle Biomechanics · Air Flex Backrest · Step-Through
Knee-over-spindle alignment positions the pedal spindle directly below the knee at the bottom of the stroke - minimizing anterior knee shear force through the pedaling arc. Air Flex ventilated backrest uses flexible suspension rather than rigid foam, flexing with lumbar movement rather than forcing the spine to conform to a fixed surface. Step-through frame and extra-wide double-sided pedals support easy entry and exit for all user populations.
P62 10" Touchscreen · 17 Workouts · 219 lb Commercial Frame
P62 10" touchscreen provides intuitive workout adjustment and progress tracking during sessions - the same console platform as on the Precor TRM 761 treadmill and EFX 761 elliptical for a consistent interface across the line. 17 preset workouts cover rehabilitation, interval, and performance programs. 219 lb commercial frame built for frequent-use facility durability.
