Inside delivery & assembly
When selected and available for your address, the delivery team brings the equipment into the room, assembles and tests it, then removes the packaging.
Full truckload
For commercial builds and multi-pallet orders, a dedicated trailer keeps the full order together in one delivery. We confirm the unloading plan before the truck ships.

Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in. We will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.

The Precor EFX 863 Lower Body Elliptical combines Converging CrossRamp® (10° to 35°), fixed handlebars for isolated lower body focus, 20 resistance levels, contact and telemetry heart rate, 22 preset workouts, 8" step-up height, and P62 10" touchscreen - 340 lb commercial frame, 80"×28" footprint. The EFX 863 is a lower-body-only elliptical - fixed handlebars rather than moving - which is the intentional training design choice rather than a feature reduction. Moving handlebar ellipticals distribute cardiovascular demand across upper and lower body simultaneously; fixed handlebar machines concentrate all the cardiovascular and muscular demand in the legs. For users specifically training lower body power and endurance - cyclists, runners, skiers, and lower-body rehabilitation protocols - the fixed handlebar design produces a more concentrated lower body stimulus at any given resistance level because the upper body cannot assist with the output. The Converging CrossRamp® is Precor's motorized variable ramp: at 10° the stride path is nearly flat and quad-dominant; at 35° the path tilts steeply and the glutes and hamstrings take over. The "converging" in the name refers to the geometry - the pedals converge slightly toward center as the ramp increases, which matches the natural narrowing of the running stride as incline increases.
