The Precor Discovery Series Chest Press uses converging press arms that move forward and slightly inward, following the natural path of a dumbbell bench press. Neutral and wide handles let users choose the grip that suits their shoulders.

A gas-assisted seat sets the handle height in one motion, and the angled back pad keeps the torso supported so the chest and triceps drive the press. A 240 lb stack with add-on weight covers beginners through strong pressers, making it a staple chest machine for commercial floors and serious home gyms.
