Delivery options
Your item’s shipping method and price are confirmed in the shipping calculator and at checkout. Here is what each delivery path means.
Items weighing 149 lb or less ship by ground parcel rather than freight.
Your equipment is palletized and protected. The freight carrier schedules delivery, then uses a liftgate to lower it to your curb or driveway. Moving it inside and unpacking it are up to you.
When selected and available for your address, the delivery team brings the equipment into the room, assembles and tests it, then removes the packaging.
For commercial builds and multi-pallet orders, a dedicated trailer keeps the full order together in one delivery. We confirm the unloading plan before the truck ships.
Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.
Anything that arrives damaged or fails under warranty is handled separately and carries no restocking fee. Full terms are in our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Coverage and accessories have to go on the same booking as the machine. Add them here and they travel together.
Commercial-grade equipment, inspected and supported by warranty.
The Peloton Original Series Bike delivers 21.5" Full HD touchscreen, manual precision resistance knob, sports series saddle with ergonomic center channel, aluminum Delta-compatible pedals, rear-facing stereo speakers, Bluetooth® 5.0, fully adjustable seat and handlebars, tilting screen, 3.5mm headphone jack, and USB microport — 135 lb bike, 297 lb user capacity, 59"×22" footprint, fits riders 4'11"–6'4". The Peloton Original Series Bike is an indoor cycling bike with a fundamentally different resistance model from every upright and recumbent bike in the catalog: where Precor and SportsArt bikes use selectorized or electromagnetic resistance systems with discrete numbered levels, the Peloton uses a manual resistance knob — a smooth-turn friction or magnetic knob that the rider adjusts continuously without fixed detents. This means resistance is infinitely variable between the knob's minimum and maximum positions rather than locked to 20 or 25 discrete steps, which is the training model used in indoor cycling classes where the instructor cues "turn up two turns" or "back off half a turn" rather than "go to level 15." The 21.5" Full HD touchscreen is the platform for Peloton's subscription-based class content — live and on-demand cycling classes, metrics tracking, and instructor-led programming. The screen tilts to remain in the optimal sightline regardless of rider height and handlebar position. The sports series saddle with ergonomic center channel is designed for extended cycling sessions — the center channel relieves perineal pressure that a solid saddle applies during the forward-leaning cycling position, which is the pressure point responsible for numbness in long indoor cycling sessions. Aluminum pedals with Delta-cleat compatibility are the road cycling standard, providing a rigid foot-to-pedal connection that eliminates the energy loss of a flexible athletic shoe sole flexing under load.
Rear-facing stereo speakers for immersive audio during class content. Bluetooth® 5.0 for accessory connectivity. Fits riders 4'11"–6'4". 135 lb Peloton Original Series Bike, 59"×22" footprint. Remanufactured.
