Delivery options
Your item’s shipping method and price are confirmed in the shipping calculator and at checkout. Here is what each delivery path means.
Items weighing 149 lb or less ship by ground parcel rather than freight.
Your equipment is palletized and protected. The freight carrier schedules delivery, then uses a liftgate to lower it to your curb or driveway. Moving it inside and unpacking it are up to you.
When selected and available for your address, the delivery team brings the equipment into the room, assembles and tests it, then removes the packaging.
For commercial builds and multi-pallet orders, a dedicated trailer keeps the full order together in one delivery. We confirm the unloading plan before the truck ships.
Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in. We will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.
Anything that arrives damaged or fails under warranty is handled separately and carries no restocking fee. Full terms are in our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Coverage and accessories have to go on the same booking as the machine. Add them here and they travel together.

I was thinking about getting Ozempic, but I’m not in the mood to go blind yet. So I decided I’d do it the old fashioned way and called CTX.

CTX stands by their products. I recently purchased a Precor elliptical from them & it arrived with a mechanical flaw. They coordinated with a technician to get my product fixed like new. They accomplished this despite the fact that my home was two states away. Special thank you to Nichole for staying accessible and attentive throughout the process!

They truly know fitness equipment and how to create a space that looks amazing and functions at a high level. Whether you’re building a home gym or a full commercial facility, I highly recommend CTX Home Gyms. They made the entire experience easy, stress-free, and exceeded every expectation.

Dillon and his team outfitted my entire new gym. We worked together from the beginning stages. They had the same exact vision I had. They did everything possible to make our dream gym. And they did!!
The entire experience was amazing. I literally told them what I wanted and they made it even better. The Build line is amazing. I get compliments on it daily. From the stitching on the equipment to how smooth it is. I can not say enough good things about it. And the plate loaded build equipment is legit. I’m an equipment snob. I love finding the old pieces. But this stuff is even better. Pure quality and can stand some big weights!
We plan on opening a couple more gyms, and we are definitely usi

Every machine we sell as remanufactured goes through the same process, whatever the brand or the price. Not a wipe-down and a price tag.
Assessed frame to console, then taken apart and checked part by part. Nothing gets judged from the outside.
Belts, cables, bearings, bushings, grips and safety-critical hardware are replaced as standard, whether or not they still have life in them.
Electronics bench-tested, frames and welds checked, panels refinished, then reassembled to the manufacturer's specification.
A full operational cycle under load before it ships. Anything that fails the final check goes back through service, not onto a truck.

Quick answer: The Life Fitness Row GX is a remanufactured water rower that uses Fluid Resistance for a smooth rowing feel close to on-water rowing. It has 16 resistance levels, an adjustable footboard with straps, transport wheels, and vertical storage, and it runs on 2 AA batteries with no outlet needed. It measures 76.8 in. by 31.5 in. by 39.4 in., weighs 135 lb, and supports users up to 330 lb.
The Life Fitness Row GX delivers full-body cardio through Fluid Resistance technology - a water-based system that produces a smooth, natural rowing feel that closely mimics on-water rowing mechanics. Sixteen resistance levels accommodate a wide range of users from introductory cardio work to high-intensity interval training, and adjustments are easy enough to make mid-session without interrupting workout flow.
Transport wheels and vertical storage capability make the Row GX a practical choice for group training spaces, HIIT stations, and multi-use facilities - roll it in for class, store it upright when the floor is needed for something else. Adjustable footboard with foot straps, battery-powered operation, and a 330 lb max user weight round out a machine built for versatile commercial deployment.
