Delivery options
Your item’s shipping method and price are confirmed in the shipping calculator and at checkout. Here is what each delivery path means.
Items weighing 149 lb or less ship by ground parcel rather than freight.
Your equipment is palletized and protected. The freight carrier schedules delivery, then uses a liftgate to lower it to your curb or driveway. Moving it inside and unpacking it are up to you.
When selected and available for your address, the delivery team brings the equipment into the room, assembles and tests it, then removes the packaging.
For commercial builds and multi-pallet orders, a dedicated trailer keeps the full order together in one delivery. We confirm the unloading plan before the truck ships.
Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in. We will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.
Anything that arrives damaged or fails under warranty is handled separately and carries no restocking fee. Full terms are in our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Coverage and accessories have to go on the same booking as the machine. Add them here and they travel together.
Rebuilt in our Jarrell, TX shop
Every machine we sell as remanufactured goes through the same process, whatever the brand or the price. Not a wipe-down and a price tag.
Assessed frame to console, then taken apart and checked part by part. Nothing gets judged from the outside.
Belts, cables, bearings, bushings, grips and safety-critical hardware are replaced as standard, whether or not they still have life in them.
Electronics bench-tested, frames and welds checked, panels refinished, then reassembled to the manufacturer's specification.
A full operational cycle under load before it ships. Anything that fails the final check goes back through service, not onto a truck.

The Hammer Strength Select Abdominal Crunch uses the AbCam® system with a counter-balanced work arm and two fixed foot supports that automatically fit different body sizes - no adjustment required. The AbCam® cam profile is engineered to match the strength curve of the rectus abdominis through the crunch arc - providing more resistance at the mid-point of the crunch where the abs are strongest, and reducing resistance at the start and finish where they are weakest. A standard constant-resistance crunch machine loads the abs incorrectly throughout the arc; the AbCam® keeps the challenge proportional to actual abdominal force output at every point in the movement. The counter-balanced work arm creates a genuinely low starting resistance, making the machine accessible for users who struggle with weighted core machines.
Roller seat adjustment, two fixed foot supports that require no adjustment across a wide user size range. 200 lb selectorized stack on a 515 lb commercial frame, 62" × 35" footprint, 300 lb max user. Remanufactured.

Specifications
1. What are the exact dimensions and footprint of this Hammer Strength Select Abdominal Crunch?
The machine measures 62 inches front to back, 35 inches wide, and 55 inches high, with a 15 square foot footprint. Allowing extra space around it for movement and access is suggested.
2. How much resistance does the weight stack provide, and what is the maximum user weight?
This machine features a 200 lb selectorized weight stack and supports users up to 300 lb.
3. What muscles does this machine train and how does the AbCam system differ from standard crunch machines?
It targets the rectus abdominis, obliques, and also works the transverse abdominis and hip flexors. The AbCam system matches resistance to your abs' strength curve, providing more challenge at the mid-point of the crunch and less at the start and finish, unlike standard machines with constant resistance.
4. Is this machine suitable for users who struggle with weighted core machines?
Yes, the counter-balanced work arm creates a low starting resistance, making it accessible for users who find weighted core machines challenging.
5. What is the condition of this remanufactured machine and what should I expect cosmetically?
Remanufactured machines are fully disassembled, cleaned, repaired, and tested in our Texas shop, with worn parts replaced. Cosmetic marks from previous use may remain.
6. What warranty and delivery options are available for this machine?
Remanufactured machines include a 1-year parts and labor warranty from delivery. Delivery options include curbside freight or inside delivery and assembly, with details and shipping calculators provided at checkout.
