Product details

Commercial-grade equipment, inspected and supported by warranty.

The Cybex VR3 Lateral Raise uses independent movement arms with an adjustable seat, adjustable arm positions, and contoured back support to isolate the medial deltoids — the independent arms allow each shoulder to move through its own natural abduction arc without bilateral compensation, the adjustable arm position sets the correct starting angle for each user's shoulder width, and the contoured back support keeps the torso stable and upright to prevent body sway from assisting the raise.

Smooth selectorized resistance through the full lateral raise arc on a 485 lb VR3 commercial frame, 50" × 48" footprint. Remanufactured.

Independent Arms & Adjustable Seat — Isolated Medial Delt
Independent arms allow each shoulder to move through its own natural abduction arc without bilateral compensation. The adjustable seat and arm positions set the correct starting angle for each user's shoulder width — proper starting angle keeps the medial delt loaded from the bottom of the arc rather than requiring a swing to initiate the movement.
Contoured Back Support — Body Sway Eliminated
The contoured back support keeps the torso stable and upright throughout the lateral raise — preventing the body sway and trunk lean that commonly shift load from the medial deltoid to the traps and upper back on machines without proper back support.
