Your equipment is palletized and protected. The freight carrier schedules delivery, then uses a liftgate to lower it to your curb or driveway. Moving it inside and unpacking it are up to you.
Inside delivery & assembly
When selected and available for your address, the delivery team brings the equipment into the room, assembles and tests it, then removes the packaging.
Full truckload
For commercial builds and multi-pallet orders, a dedicated trailer keeps the full order together in one delivery. We confirm the unloading plan before the truck ships.

Used equipment is sold as-is with no warranty coverage, and is described honestly before you buy. We service nationwide - every ZIP code in the country - so coverage travels with the machine.
30-Day Returns & Exchanges
Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.

The Cybex FT-360 Functional Trainer delivers independently adjustable dual cable arms with 12 height positions, dual weight stacks for balanced bilateral or unilateral resistance, smooth cable pulley system for unrestricted movement angles, integrated exercise placards, and compact 54"×113" footprint with wide base stability - 600 lb commercial frame. The functional trainer's defining characteristic as a machine category is the absence of a fixed movement path - where a selectorized chest press or lat pulldown guides the handle along a predetermined arc, the cable pulley system allows the handle to travel in any direction the user moves it. This means the resistance can be applied from any angle to any body part for any movement pattern, which is what the "functional" designation means in practice: the machine can simulate the cable angles and force directions of any real-world activity or sport movement that involves applying force through a handle. The 12-position height adjustment on each arm is the specification that determines how many distinct cable angles are available: with 12 positions per arm and two independent arms, the FT-360 can produce a very large number of angle combinations - high-to-low cable flys, low-to-high woodchoppers, horizontal rowing, face pulls at mid-height, and sport-specific diagonal patterns that fixed selectorized machines cannot replicate.
