One year parts and labor plus a lifetime frame warranty, the same as any new machine we sell. Parts come from us and the tech works for us. BAG Care+ adds a second year if you want it.

Most of the range is in stock and ships right away. Some items run two to four weeks, occasionally six to eight. A fully custom order (your color, pads and logo) is 12 to 14 weeks.

30-Day Returns & Exchanges. You have 30 days from delivery, not from the order date, to return your equipment or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
