Looking for selectorized upper-body machines? Stack-loaded chest, back, and shoulder stations deliver guided pressing and pulling with fast pin selection. Strong fit for commercial circuits and home gyms that want less plate handling.
Compare with upper body plate-loaded, functional trainers for cable freedom, and smith machines for bar paths in one footprint.
Selectorized or plate-loaded for upper body: which is better?
Choose selectorized when many users share the floor and need quick load changes. Choose plate-loaded when athletes want finer increments and a different leverage feel. Many facilities run both.
Which upper-body selectorized machines should you buy first?
Most circuits start with chest press, lat pulldown, and a row, then add shoulder and arm stations. See chest, back, and Fractal Series.
