Product details

Commercial-grade equipment, inspected and supported by warranty.

The Technogym Element Low Row delivers chest-supported seated rowing with independent arm motion, a center support grip for one-arm isolation, ergonomic chest pad, and a 180 lb selectorized stack — the center support grip is the key versatility feature: it provides a fixed anchor point in the middle of the machine that the user can brace against with the non-working hand during single-arm rowing. Standard chest-supported rows offer no anchor for unilateral work — the user has to reach across and hold the frame, which limits shoulder comfort and pulls the torso out of alignment. A dedicated center grip keeps the torso square, the chest pad properly engaged, and the non-working arm in a stable braced position, enabling true single-arm back isolation with the same form quality as a bilateral set. Independent arm motion allows both arms to travel their own path and prevents the stronger side from compensating during bilateral sets.

Ergonomic seat and chest pad maintain proper posture throughout pulling movements. Compact 49" × 32" footprint. 375 lb Technogym commercial frame, 180 lb selectorized stack. Remanufactured.

Center Support Grip — True One-Arm Isolation with Stable Brace
The center grip provides a fixed anchor for the non-working hand during single-arm rowing — keeping the torso square, chest pad engaged, and non-working arm stably braced. Standard chest-supported rows have no anchor for unilateral work, forcing the user to hold the frame in an off-axis position that compromises alignment and limits shoulder comfort. Center grip enables true single-arm back isolation with bilateral form quality.
Independent Arm Motion · Chest Pad · 180 lb Stack
Independent arms prevent the stronger side from compensating during bilateral rows and allow each side to travel its own natural pulling path. Ergonomic chest pad and seat maintain proper posture and isolate the back from hip extension and body English throughout the pull. 180 lb selectorized stack covers the full range from introductory through advanced back loading.
