Your item’s shipping method and price are confirmed in the shipping calculator and at checkout. Here is what each delivery path means.
Items weighing 149 lb or less ship by ground parcel rather than freight.
Your equipment is palletized and protected. The freight carrier schedules delivery, then uses a liftgate to lower it to your curb or driveway. Moving it inside and unpacking it are up to you.
When selected and available for your address, the delivery team brings the equipment into the room, assembles and tests it, then removes the packaging.
For commercial builds and multi-pallet orders, a dedicated trailer keeps the full order together in one delivery. We confirm the unloading plan before the truck ships.
Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.
Anything that arrives damaged or fails under warranty is handled separately and carries no restocking fee. Full terms are in our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Coverage and accessories have to go on the same booking as the machine. Add them here and they travel together.
Commercial-grade equipment, inspected and supported by warranty.
The StairMaster 7000PT Stepmill is a revolving staircase stepmill with multiple resistance levels, classic LED console with floors-climbed readout, heart rate monitoring compatibility, and side handlebars — 410 lb commercial frame, 50" × 29" footprint. The 7000PT is the foundational StairMaster stepmill — the machine that established the revolving staircase format as a commercial cardio standard and remains one of the most recognizable pieces of equipment in any gym. The revolving staircase produces true stair-climbing biomechanics: actual steps emerge, are climbed, and recirculate so the user always steps onto a new step at the correct foot height, generating hip extension, knee drive, and ankle plantarflexion in natural sequence. This loads the glutes and hamstrings through a deeper range than step-based alternatives and produces a higher per-minute caloric expenditure than most cardio modalities at equivalent perceived effort — stair climbing recruits large posterior chain muscle groups against gravity continuously, with no glide or float phase that reduces demand. The LED console includes a floors-climbed metric that gives the workout a concrete, accumulating measure of progress — 100 floors is a tangible target in a way that distance or calories often are not.
Side handlebars for support during high-intensity sessions. Multiple resistance levels for steady-state through HIIT. 410 lb StairMaster commercial frame, 50" × 29" footprint. Remanufactured.
