Delivery options
Your item’s shipping method and price are confirmed in the shipping calculator and at checkout. Here is what each delivery path means.
Items weighing 149 lb or less ship by ground parcel rather than freight.
Your equipment is palletized and protected. The freight carrier schedules delivery, then uses a liftgate to lower it to your curb or driveway. Moving it inside and unpacking it are up to you.
When selected and available for your address, the delivery team brings the equipment into the room, assembles and tests it, then removes the packaging.
For commercial builds and multi-pallet orders, a dedicated trailer keeps the full order together in one delivery. We confirm the unloading plan before the truck ships.
Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.
Anything that arrives damaged or fails under warranty is handled separately and carries no restocking fee. Full terms are in our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Coverage and accessories have to go on the same booking as the machine. Add them here and they travel together.
Commercial-grade equipment, inspected and supported by warranty.
The Precor UBK 835 Upright Bike delivers 25 resistance levels, ergonomic seat for sustained upright cycling, multiple workout programs, detailed performance tracking, and P30 console — 160 lb commercial frame, 48"×21" footprint. The UBK 835 is the P30 console companion to the UBK 865 — the same 48"×21" footprint, 25 resistance levels, and ergonomic upright cycling platform, with the P30 display in place of the UBK 865's P62 capacitive touchscreen. The P30 delivers diverse workout programs and comprehensive performance metrics — resistance, RPM, speed, calories, heart rate, watts, and time — in a straightforward interface that prioritizes operational simplicity over media features. On a commercial floor where the primary use case is structured cardio programming rather than entertainment, the P30's workout diversity and metric depth covers the training need without the touchscreen complexity or the higher price point of a P62 machine. The 25-level resistance range on the UBK 835 matches the UBK 865's resistance breadth — the full spectrum from light rehabilitation cadences through high-intensity interval peaks is available on both machines, with the console being the differentiating factor between the two. Ergonomic seat design provides comfort for extended upright cycling sessions where the rider is positioned above the pedals and the seat bears the rider's weight differently than in the recumbent position.
Space-efficient 48"×21" footprint — the same compact layout as the UBK 865, appropriate for both commercial floors and home gyms with limited space. 160 lb Precor UBK 835 commercial upright bike. Remanufactured.
