Delivery options
Your item’s shipping method and price are confirmed in the shipping calculator and at checkout. Here is what each delivery path means.
Items weighing 149 lb or less ship by ground parcel rather than freight.
Your equipment is palletized and protected. The freight carrier schedules delivery, then uses a liftgate to lower it to your curb or driveway. Moving it inside and unpacking it are up to you.
When selected and available for your address, the delivery team brings the equipment into the room, assembles and tests it, then removes the packaging.
For commercial builds and multi-pallet orders, a dedicated trailer keeps the full order together in one delivery. We confirm the unloading plan before the truck ships.
Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.
Anything that arrives damaged or fails under warranty is handled separately and carries no restocking fee. Full terms are in our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Coverage and accessories have to go on the same booking as the machine. Add them here and they travel together.
Commercial-grade equipment, inspected and supported by warranty.
The Precor Icarian Tricep Extension delivers selectorized triceps isolation with a front-grip position for natural arm alignment, light starting weight, small increments, and 11- and 7-gauge 2"×4" electro-weld steel construction — 150 lb stack, 414 lb commercial frame, 45"×37" footprint. The front-grip position is the critical design choice on a tricep extension machine: it positions the hands in front of the body with the elbows close to the torso rather than above the head or behind it. This keeps the shoulder joint in a stable, mid-range position throughout the extension — unlike overhead tricep extension variations where the shoulder is at maximum flexion, which loads the long head of the triceps from a stretched position but also places significant stress on the shoulder capsule and elbow at the bottom of the movement. The front-grip seated extension isolates the lateral and medial heads of the triceps through a controlled extension arc with the shoulder in a neutral position, making it lower-risk for users with shoulder impingement or elbow sensitivity. Light starting weight is especially relevant on a tricep isolation machine — the triceps are a smaller muscle group than the chest or back, and the first increment on many commercial machines is already heavier than some users can handle for strict isolation reps. Small increments allow the percentage-jump between steps to remain manageable for triceps-specific progressive overload.
Comfortable touch points and easy-to-clean upholstery. Rubber feet for floor stability. 414 lb Precor Icarian commercial frame, 150 lb stack, 45"×37" footprint. Remanufactured.
