Delivery options
Your item’s shipping method and price are confirmed in the shipping calculator and at checkout. Here is what each delivery path means.
Items weighing 149 lb or less ship by ground parcel rather than freight.
Your equipment is palletized and protected. The freight carrier schedules delivery, then uses a liftgate to lower it to your curb or driveway. Moving it inside and unpacking it are up to you.
When selected and available for your address, the delivery team brings the equipment into the room, assembles and tests it, then removes the packaging.
For commercial builds and multi-pallet orders, a dedicated trailer keeps the full order together in one delivery. We confirm the unloading plan before the truck ships.
Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.
Anything that arrives damaged or fails under warranty is handled separately and carries no restocking fee. Full terms are in our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Coverage and accessories have to go on the same booking as the machine. Add them here and they travel together.
Commercial-grade equipment, inspected and supported by warranty.
The Precor EFX 781 Elliptical Trainer with P82 Display delivers smooth low-impact elliptical motion, adjustable incline and resistance, forward and reverse stride capability, moving handlebars for full-body engagement, durable high-traffic commercial construction, and P82 15" LCD capacitive touchscreen — 290 lb commercial frame, 82"×29" footprint. The EFX 781 brings the P82 console — Precor's 15" capacitive touchscreen with interactive workouts, media options, and internet connectivity — to a lighter commercial elliptical frame. At 290 lb the EFX 781 is notably lighter than the EFX 835 (340 lb), EFX 863 (340 lb), and EFX 885 (340 lb), and narrower at 29" vs. 28"–32" for those models, while sharing the same P82 console tier as the EFX 885. The P82 on the EFX 781 delivers the same 15" touch interface, entertainment access, and program customization as on the heavier EFX 885 and TRM 885 — for facilities where the full EFX 885 frame weight is more than the installation requires but the P82 console experience is the priority, the EFX 781 provides that console at a lighter footprint. Forward and reverse elliptical stride is the training feature that distinguishes ellipticals with bidirectional capability: reverse stride changes the muscle loading pattern — forward stride emphasizes the glutes and hamstrings through the push phase; reverse stride shifts emphasis to the quadriceps and hip flexors as the primary drivers of the rearward push. For users targeting quad development or rehabilitating quad-dominant strength, reverse stride on the elliptical provides a low-impact quad loading option without the knee flexion demand of leg extension machines. Contact us for incline range and resistance level specifications.
