The Precor Discovery Series Shoulder Press uses converging press arms that move up and slightly inward, following the natural path of an overhead press. Neutral and wide handles let users choose the grip that suits their shoulders.

A gas-assisted seat sets the handle height in one motion, and the back pad keeps the torso steady so the delts and triceps drive the press. A 200 lb stack covers beginners through strong lifters, making it a reliable overhead press for commercial floors and serious home gyms.
