I was thinking about getting Ozempic, but I’m not in the mood to go blind yet. So I decided I’d do it the old fashioned way and called CTX.

CTX stands by their products. I recently purchased a Precor elliptical from them & it arrived with a mechanical flaw. They coordinated with a technician to get my product fixed like new. They accomplished this despite the fact that my home was two states away. Special thank you to Nichole for staying accessible and attentive throughout the process!

Dillon and his team outfitted my entire new gym. We worked together from the beginning stages. They had the same exact vision I had. They did everything possible to make our dream gym. And they did!!
The entire experience was amazing. I literally told them what I wanted and they made it even better. The Build line is amazing. I get compliments on it daily. From the stitching on the equipment to how smooth it is. I can not say enough good things about it. And the plate loaded build equipment is legit. I’m an equipment snob. I love finding the old pieces. But this stuff is even better. Pure quality and can stand some big weights!
We plan on opening a couple more gyms, and we are definitely usi

Rebuilt in our Jarrell, TX shop

What remanufactured means here

Every machine we sell as remanufactured goes through the same process, whatever the brand or the price. Not a wipe-down and a price tag.

Inspected and stripped down

Assessed frame to console, then taken apart and checked part by part. Nothing gets judged from the outside.
Wear parts replaced

Belts, cables, bearings, bushings, grips and safety-critical hardware are replaced as standard, whether or not they still have life in them.
Refinished and rebuilt to spec

Electronics bench-tested, frames and welds checked, panels refinished, then reassembled to the manufacturer's specification.
Tested under load

A full operational cycle under load before it ships. Anything that fails the final check goes back through service, not onto a truck.

Product details

Commercial-grade equipment, inspected and supported by warranty.

The Precor Discovery Series Bicep Curl is a seated preacher-style curl: the upper arms rest on an angled arm pad while the handles rotate around a pivot aligned with the elbow. The shoulders and torso stay out of it, so the biceps do every rep.

Because the arms are braced, there is no swinging or leaning back to cheat the weight up. An adjustable seat sets the elbow at the pivot and a 160 lb stack covers light pump work through heavy sets, making it a focused arm builder for commercial floors and serious home gyms.

Primary muscles targeted

Biceps Brachii Brachialis Brachioradialis

Secondary muscles

Forearm Flexors Anterior Deltoid

Key features

Angled arm pad

The preacher-style pad braces the upper arms so momentum can't help.

Elbow-aligned pivot

Handles rotate around the elbow, keeping tension on the biceps through the full curl.

Adjustable seat

Seat height sets each user's elbows level with the pivot.

160 lb weight stack

Fine increments for an isolation lift, from light work to heavy sets.

1. What are the exact dimensions and footprint of this Precor Discovery Series Bicep Curl machine?

The machine measures 47 inches front to back, 44 inches wide, and 59 inches high, with a 14 square foot footprint. You may want to allow extra clearance for user access and movement.

2. How much weight does the stack provide and what type of resistance does it use?

This bicep curl machine uses a selectorized weight stack with a maximum of 160 pounds, providing smooth cable and pulley resistance.

3. What muscles does this machine target and what is the benefit of the seated curl position?

It primarily targets the biceps brachii, brachialis, and brachioradialis, with secondary emphasis on forearm flexors and anterior deltoids. The seated curl position eliminates momentum from the hips and torso, ensuring focused biceps isolation.

4. What is the condition of this equipment and what does remanufactured mean?

This unit is remanufactured, meaning it was previously owned commercial equipment that has been fully disassembled, cleaned, repaired, and tested in our Texas shop. Cosmetic marks from prior use may remain, but all worn parts are replaced and it is certified for quality.

5. What warranty is included with this remanufactured bicep curl machine?

Remanufactured machines come with a 1-year parts and labor warranty from the delivery date. Extended coverage is available through BAG Care+ on the product page.

6. What delivery options are available for this machine?

We offer Driveway Freight Delivery or Inside Delivery & Assembly, selectable at checkout. Freight costs and options are shown in the shipping calculator and at checkout.
