Delivery options
Your item’s shipping method and price are confirmed in the shipping calculator and at checkout. Here is what each delivery path means.
Items weighing 149 lb or less ship by ground parcel rather than freight.
Your equipment is palletized and protected. The freight carrier schedules delivery, then uses a liftgate to lower it to your curb or driveway. Moving it inside and unpacking it are up to you.
When selected and available for your address, the delivery team brings the equipment into the room, assembles and tests it, then removes the packaging.
For commercial builds and multi-pallet orders, a dedicated trailer keeps the full order together in one delivery. We confirm the unloading plan before the truck ships.
Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.
Anything that arrives damaged or fails under warranty is handled separately and carries no restocking fee. Full terms are in our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Coverage and accessories have to go on the same booking as the machine. Add them here and they travel together.
Commercial-grade equipment, inspected and supported by warranty.
The NuStep TRS 4000 Recumbent Cross Trainer delivers swivel seat for accessible entry and exit, user-selected step length 2"–8.5" for stride up to 17", frictionless resistance with 10 workload levels, quiet operation, and T4 LCD console with steps per minute, watts, METs, time, steps, workload, calories, and heart rate — 205 lb frame, 60"×23" footprint. The NuStep TRS 4000 occupies a distinct machine category from every other cardio unit in the catalog: it is a recumbent cross trainer — not a recumbent bike (circular pedaling motion), not a recumbent elliptical (elliptical arc pedaling from a seat), but a stepping and pushing motion performed from a fully supported recumbent position where the arms and legs move in a coordinated reciprocal pattern simultaneously. On a standard recumbent bike the arms are stationary; on the Octane xRide the arm drive is optional. On the NuStep the arm and leg movements are integrated — the right leg and left arm push forward together while the left leg and right arm push back, replicating the reciprocal limb coordination of walking from a seated, non-weight-bearing position. This makes the NuStep the most accessible total-body cardio machine in the line: users who cannot stand, cannot balance independently, or cannot tolerate any weight through the lower extremity can perform coordinated full-body cardiovascular exercise from the recumbent seat. The swivel seat is the access feature that enables independent mounting and dismounting — the seat rotates to face outward from the machine so the user can lower themselves onto it from a standing or wheelchair transfer position without needing to step over or duck under frame elements. The step length adjustment from 2" to 8.5" (stride up to 17") covers the full range from users with very limited lower extremity range of motion (2" step) through users capable of a full stride arc (8.5" step, 17" total stride) — a single machine that serves acute rehabilitation through performance conditioning.
Frictionless resistance system for whisper-quiet operation in clinical and shared environments. T4 LCD with full performance readout including watts and METs. 205 lb NuStep TRS 4000 frame, 60"×23" footprint. Remanufactured.
