Delivery options
Your item’s shipping method and price are confirmed in the shipping calculator and at checkout. Here is what each delivery path means.
Items weighing 149 lb or less ship by ground parcel rather than freight.
Your equipment is palletized and protected. The freight carrier schedules delivery, then uses a liftgate to lower it to your curb or driveway. Moving it inside and unpacking it are up to you.
When selected and available for your address, the delivery team brings the equipment into the room, assembles and tests it, then removes the packaging.
For commercial builds and multi-pallet orders, a dedicated trailer keeps the full order together in one delivery. We confirm the unloading plan before the truck ships.
Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.
Anything that arrives damaged or fails under warranty is handled separately and carries no restocking fee. Full terms are in our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Coverage and accessories have to go on the same booking as the machine. Add them here and they travel together.

The Matrix Performance Upright Cycle with Touch Console is designed to replicate the feel of a true outdoor ride while delivering commercial-grade durability and comfort. With a race-inspired frame and refined ergonomics, this upright bike supports intense cycling workouts while remaining accessible to a wide range of users in high-traffic fitness environments.
At the heart of the experience is the WiFi-enabled 16" Touch Console, featuring an intuitive, app-based interface similar to modern smartphones and tablets. With 12 built-in workout programs, wireless device charging, and Apple Watch connectivity (when paired with optional touch-free RFID login), members can stay engaged, connected, and motivated throughout every ride. Contact and telemetric heart rate monitoring provide real-time performance feedback.
The brushless generator resistance system delivers smooth, quiet operation with 30 resistance levels and a power range of 1–500 watts, accommodating everything from steady endurance rides to high-intensity interval training. A contoured Ergo Form seat, oversized self-balancing pedals, and narrow pedal spacing enhance comfort and efficiency, even during longer sessions. One-handed seat adjustments allow quick setup for users of different heights, while dual water bottle holders and an accessory tray keep essentials within reach.
