What remanufactured means here

Every machine we sell as remanufactured goes through the same process, whatever the brand or the price. Not a wipe-down and a price tag.

  1. Inspected and stripped down

    Inspected and stripped down

Assessed frame to console, then taken apart and checked part by part. Nothing gets judged from the outside.

  2. Wear parts replaced

    Wear parts replaced

Belts, cables, bearings, bushings, grips and safety-critical hardware are replaced as standard, whether or not they still have life in them.

  3. Refinished and rebuilt to spec

    Refinished and rebuilt to spec

Electronics bench-tested, frames and welds checked, panels refinished, then reassembled to the manufacturer's specification.

  4. Tested under load

    Tested under load

A full operational cycle under load before it ships. Anything that fails the final check goes back through service, not onto a truck.

Product details

Commercial-grade equipment, inspected and supported by warranty.

The Inflight Fitness Counter-Balanced Smith Machine puts the bar on 7-degree angled steel guide rails with 1" linear ball bearings, delivering smooth, controlled vertical travel that mirrors natural pressing mechanics. The bar counterbalances to just 13 lbs - eliminating the intimidation of raw barbell weight and letting you focus entirely on movement quality.

Built on a 2" × 4" flat oval steel frame in a 50" × 78" x 84" footprint, this machine handles the full spectrum of free-weight movements - bench press, squat, row, overhead press, donkey kick, and more - without requiring a spotter. Dual-sided safety stops are user-adjustable to cap bar travel, while multiple front and rear catch points let you rack and release with a simple wrist roll. Six weight horns keep loaded plates organized and within reach.

Chest Quadriceps Shoulders
Triceps Glutes Back

Integrated Safety Stop System
User-adjustable safety stops limit the bar's lowest travel point - no spotter required. Multiple front and rear catch points allow the bar to be racked at any height with a simple wrist-roll release.
7-Degree Angled Rails
The guide rods are angled at 7 degrees to match the body's natural pressing arc. Bar travel runs on 1" linear ball bearings for consistent, low-friction movement under load.
13 lb Counter-Balanced Bar
The counterbalanced bar effectively weighs just 13 lbs, making it accessible for rehabilitation, beginners, and controlled progression. Load plates independently on either side without the instability of a free barbell.
6 Weight Horns Included
Six built-in plate horns keep your loaded weight organized and close at hand. No separate storage rack needed - change loads quickly without stepping away from the machine.
Heavy-Gauge Flat Oval Frame
The main structure is built from 2" × 4" flat oval steel tubing - rigid, stable, and designed for long-term commercial-style use. A compact 50" × 78" footprint fits in a dedicated home gym or studio with room to spare.
