Product details

Commercial-grade equipment, inspected and supported by warranty.

The Hoist Club Line Lateral Raise uses independent swiveling grip handles, a counter-balanced exercise arm, gas-spring assisted seat adjustment, and Slide Select System resistance in 5 lb increments — independent swiveling handles are the key biomechanical feature for lateral raise machines: the natural arc of the arm during shoulder abduction is not a flat plane — the humerus rotates slightly as it rises, and a fixed grip handle forces the wrist and elbow into a static position that fights that rotation. Swiveling handles pivot to follow the arm's natural path, reducing wrist and elbow torque through the full raise. The counter-balanced exercise arm offsets the arm weight at the start of the movement, preventing the machine from feeling artificially heavy at the bottom where the deltoid is in its weakest position.

Gas-spring seat adjuster with large handle for one-handed quick setup. Slide Select System with fewer friction points for a quiet, fluid feel. 550 lb commercial Hoist frame, 42.75" × 55.5" footprint. Remanufactured.

Swiveling Grip Handles — Follows Natural Arm Rotation
The arm naturally rotates at the humerus as it rises during shoulder abduction — a fixed handle fights that rotation, forcing wrist and elbow into a static position that adds torque. Independent swiveling handles pivot to follow the arm's natural path, reducing wrist and elbow stress through the full raise and keeping resistance focused on the deltoid.
Counter-Balanced Arm · Gas-Spring Seat · Slide Select
Counter-balanced exercise arm offsets arm weight at the start of the raise — preventing the machine from feeling artificially heavy at the bottom where the deltoid is at its weakest. Gas-spring seat adjuster with large handle allows quick one-handed repositioning between users. Slide Select System reduces friction points for smooth, quiet resistance through all 5 lb increments.
