Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.

Every machine is listed as New, Remanufactured or Used, and the condition is shown on this page. Remanufactured equipment is fully disassembled, deep cleaned, repaired or re-parted to factory spec, then tested under load before it ships.
2. What warranty is included?
New and remanufactured equipment are both covered for one year, parts and labor. Extended protection is available on either. Used equipment is sold as-is. We service nationwide, so coverage travels with the machine.
3. How long until it ships?
The ship window for this specific machine is shown above. Remanufactured equipment is rebuilt to order, which is what the lead time covers. We confirm your date in writing once the order is placed.
4. How is it delivered?
Curbside freight anywhere in the lower 48. Inside our Central Texas radius our own crew handles Inside Delivery & Assembly.
