Product details

Commercial-grade equipment, inspected and supported by warranty.

The Cybex 626AT Arc Trainer uses a load-dependent resistance system that scales automatically to each user's body weight — two users at the same program level receive proportionally equivalent workout intensity regardless of size. At the core of the 626AT is the patented Reverse Arc Motion, which keeps the toe in front of the knee throughout the entire stride, eliminating the anterior knee stress that standard ellipticals generate while maintaining full range of motion at both the knee and hip.

Same Side Forward arm and leg movement maintains optimal posture through all incline levels, and three training zones — Glide, Stride, and Climb — shift emphasis from lower-body dominant cross-country skiing motion through balanced elliptical stride to high-demand stepper and climber loading. Long input arms follow a near-linear path to minimize wrist articulation and improve upper-body engagement. Built-in programs include Quick Start, Manual, Weight Loss, Cardio, Strength, and Heart Rate Control, each with 10 levels. 415 lb, 400 lb max user weight. Remanufactured.

Load-Dependent Resistance — Scaled to Body Weight
Resistance auto-scales to each user's body weight — delivering proportionally equivalent workout intensity at the same program level regardless of user size. A personalized training experience built into the machine without manual adjustment.
Patented Reverse Arc Motion — Knee-Friendly Stride
The Reverse Arc path keeps the toe in front of the knee through the entire stride — eliminating the anterior knee stress of traditional ellipticals while maintaining full range of motion at both the knee and hip for a comfortable, joint-friendly full-body workout.
3 Training Zones — Glide, Stride & Climb
Glide replicates a cross-country skiing motion for lower-body endurance; Stride delivers a properly positioned elliptical pattern for balanced full-body loading; Climb shifts to a stepper or climber motion for high posterior chain and glute demand — three distinct workouts in one machine.
SSF Arm Movement · Long Input Arms · 6 Programs
Same Side Forward movement keeps the arm and leg on the same side moving together, maintaining posture and eliminating back stress through all incline changes. Long input arms follow a near-linear path to minimize wrist articulation. Six built-in programs with 10 levels each.

1. How do total-body ellipticals engage the upper body?

Moving handles sync with pedals to work arms, shoulders, and core.

2. What power requirements exist?

Most total-body ellipticals are self generated, while others require a standard 110 V outlet. None require a 20 amp outlet.

3. How often should I lubricate the machine?

Apply a light silicone lubricant to moving components every 6 months.

4. What financing and warranty options apply?

Same financing as all other cardio; new units carry full OEM warranty, remanufactured include Build A Gym's 1 year guarantee. Extended warranties available at checkout.
