Delivery options
Your item’s shipping method and price are confirmed in the shipping calculator and at checkout. Here is what each delivery path means.
Items weighing 149 lb or less ship by ground parcel rather than freight.
Your equipment is palletized and protected. The freight carrier schedules delivery, then uses a liftgate to lower it to your curb or driveway. Moving it inside and unpacking it are up to you.
When selected and available for your address, the delivery team brings the equipment into the room, assembles and tests it, then removes the packaging.
For commercial builds and multi-pallet orders, a dedicated trailer keeps the full order together in one delivery. We confirm the unloading plan before the truck ships.
Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.
Anything that arrives damaged or fails under warranty is handled separately and carries no restocking fee. Full terms are in our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Coverage and accessories have to go on the same booking as the machine. Add them here and they travel together.

A recent BUILT Strength Infinite Series Iso-Lateral Kneeling Leg Curl, uncrated and checked by our team before it went out for delivery.
This is a recent unit of this model, not necessarily the one you'll receive. Yours goes through the same process.
About BUILT StrengthCommercial-grade equipment, inspected and supported by warranty.
The BUILT Strength Infinite Series Iso-Lateral Kneeling Leg Curl trains each hamstring independently - one leg curls while the other rests supported on a pivoting knee cradle, eliminating the bilateral compensation that standard lying leg curls allow to go unchecked. The kneeling position lengthens the hamstring from the hip, placing it under stretch before the curl even begins and increasing the range of effective tension through each rep.
Starting resistance of just 8 lb per arm makes the movement genuinely accessible for technique work and rehabilitation, while a 4 × 25 lb max capacity supports meaningful progressive loading for strength development. Four integrated weight horns keep plates on the machine and within reach - no hunting across the floor between sets. Heavy-duty construction in a compact 40" × 54" footprint makes this machine an efficient addition to any commercial or performance training floor.

Specifications
1. What are the exact dimensions and footprint of this machine, and how much space should I allow for safe use?
This machine measures 40 inches front to back, 54 inches wide, and 49 inches high, with a footprint of 28 square feet. Allowing a few extra feet around the machine is suggested for comfortable access and plate loading.
2. How much weight can each arm hold, and what is the starting resistance?
Each arm starts at 8 lb resistance and can be loaded with up to 100 lb per side using four 25 lb plates. The machine is plate-loaded and does not use a weight stack.
3. Which muscles does this machine target and how does the iso-lateral design benefit training?
It primarily trains the hamstrings—biceps femoris, semitendinosus, and semimembranosus—with secondary emphasis on the glutes and gastrocnemius. The iso-lateral design ensures each leg works independently, preventing compensation and supporting balanced development.
4. What features make this machine different from standard lying leg curl machines?
The kneeling position lengthens the hamstring before the curl starts, increasing the effective range of tension. Its pivoting knee cradle supports the non-working leg, and each leg curls independently for targeted single-leg work.
5. What condition will this machine arrive in, and is assembly required?
This unit is brand new from BUILT Strength. Assembly instructions are not provided on the product page.
6. What warranty and delivery options are available for this machine?
New machines come with the manufacturer warranty, and extended coverage is available. Delivery options include curbside freight or inside delivery and assembly, with details and shipping estimates shown at checkout.
