Delivery options
Your item’s shipping method and price are confirmed in the shipping calculator and at checkout. Here is what each delivery path means.
Items weighing 149 lb or less ship by ground parcel rather than freight.
Your equipment is palletized and protected. The freight carrier schedules delivery, then uses a liftgate to lower it to your curb or driveway. Moving it inside and unpacking it are up to you.
When selected and available for your address, the delivery team brings the equipment into the room, assembles and tests it, then removes the packaging.
For commercial builds and multi-pallet orders, a dedicated trailer keeps the full order together in one delivery. We confirm the unloading plan before the truck ships.
Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in. We will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.
Anything that arrives damaged or fails under warranty is handled separately and carries no restocking fee. Full terms are in our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Coverage and accessories have to go on the same booking as the machine. Add them here and they travel together.

Quick answer: A Viking press is a standing or seated overhead press done on a lever arm with neutral handles, which lets you press heavy with less stress on the shoulder joint than a barbell. The BUILT Strength OG Series Viking Shoulder Press adds iso-lateral arms, 13 pop-pin handle positions, an adjustable start height, and plate loading that starts at 15 lb per arm.
The BUILT Strength OG Series Viking Shoulder Press delivers iso-lateral overhead pressing with 13 unique handle positions via a pop-pin selector - shifting the pressing angle and grip orientation to target the anterior, medial, and posterior deltoids with each adjustment. Each arm operates independently for unilateral pressing or simultaneously for standard bilateral work, preventing bilateral compensation across both shoulder movements.
An adjustable start height ensures correct shoulder alignment for users of any size before the first rep, and knurled handles maintain a secure grip through heavy pressing sets. Starting at 15 lb per arm with plate-loaded resistance for unrestricted progressive overhead loading. Four integrated weight horns keep plates organized on the unit. New.
