Delivery options
Your item’s shipping method and price are confirmed in the shipping calculator and at checkout. Here is what each delivery path means.
Items weighing 149 lb or less ship by ground parcel rather than freight.
Your equipment is palletized and protected. The freight carrier schedules delivery, then uses a liftgate to lower it to your curb or driveway. Moving it inside and unpacking it are up to you.
When selected and available for your address, the delivery team brings the equipment into the room, assembles and tests it, then removes the packaging.
For commercial builds and multi-pallet orders, a dedicated trailer keeps the full order together in one delivery. We confirm the unloading plan before the truck ships.
Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.
Anything that arrives damaged or fails under warranty is handled separately and carries no restocking fee. Full terms are in our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Coverage and accessories have to go on the same booking as the machine. Add them here and they travel together.
Commercial-grade equipment, inspected and supported by warranty.
The Nautilus Nitro Plus Lateral Raise delivers seated medial deltoid isolation with anatomically correct pivot alignment, adjustable seat and arm pads, smooth consistent resistance, low-profile design, and heavy-duty Nautilus Nitro Plus commercial construction — 459 lb frame, 54"×36" footprint. The lateral raise machine is the definitive medial deltoid isolation tool — the medial (lateral) head of the deltoid is the muscle that produces the characteristic shoulder width visible from the front, and it is the head least effectively loaded by pressing movements. A shoulder press — whether overhead barbell, dumbbell, or machine — loads the anterior deltoid heavily and the medial deltoid moderately, because the press direction is primarily anterior and vertical. The medial deltoid's primary function is humeral abduction in the frontal plane — lifting the arm out to the side — which is exactly what the lateral raise replicates. A seated lateral raise machine provides structural advantages over dumbbell lateral raises: the resistance curve is cam-engineered to match the deltoid's strength curve through the abduction arc, the seat and arm pads stabilize the torso to prevent trunk lean compensation, and the bilateral simultaneous loading ensures equal resistance is applied to both sides rather than the stronger side completing more work when using dumbbells. The anatomically correct pivot alignment is the specification that determines whether the machine's resistance arc matches the shoulder joint's actual rotation axis. A misaligned pivot produces shear force at the shoulder rather than pure abduction torque — the arm is being pulled off-axis from the machine's lever as it rotates around the machine's pivot, which creates joint stress rather than productive muscle loading. Correct pivot alignment places the machine's rotation axis at the glenohumeral joint center, producing a clean abduction arc with no shear.
