The Precor Discovery Series Outer Thigh trains the hip abductors by pressing the knees outward against pivoting outer-thigh pads. An adjustable start position lets each user begin with the legs together or partly open.

Strong abductors stabilize the pelvis for squats, lunges and running, and the seated setup isolates them without balance getting in the way. A gas-assisted seat, reclined back pad and 200 lb shrouded stack make it a dependable glute-and-hip builder for commercial floors and serious home gyms.
