Delivery options
Your item’s shipping method and price are confirmed in the shipping calculator and at checkout. Here is what each delivery path means.
Items weighing 149 lb or less ship by ground parcel rather than freight.
Your equipment is palletized and protected. The freight carrier schedules delivery, then uses a liftgate to lower it to your curb or driveway. Moving it inside and unpacking it are up to you.
When selected and available for your address, the delivery team brings the equipment into the room, assembles and tests it, then removes the packaging.
For commercial builds and multi-pallet orders, a dedicated trailer keeps the full order together in one delivery. We confirm the unloading plan before the truck ships.
Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.
Anything that arrives damaged or fails under warranty is handled separately and carries no restocking fee. Full terms are in our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Coverage and accessories have to go on the same booking as the machine. Add them here and they travel together.
Rebuilt in our Jarrell, TX shop
Every machine we sell as remanufactured goes through the same process, whatever the brand or the price. Not a wipe-down and a price tag.
Assessed frame to console, then taken apart and checked part by part. Nothing gets judged from the outside.
Belts, cables, bearings, bushings, grips and safety-critical hardware are replaced as standard, whether or not they still have life in them.
Electronics bench-tested, frames and welds checked, panels refinished, then reassembled to the manufacturer's specification.
A full operational cycle under load before it ships. Anything that fails the final check goes back through service, not onto a truck.

Quick answer: The Matrix T5x is a commercial treadmill with a 5.0 HP AC drive, speeds up to 12 mph, 0 to 15% power incline, and a 60" x 22" running area rated for users up to 400 lb. This one is remanufactured, which makes it one of the best value used commercial treadmills for busy facilities and serious home gyms.
The Matrix T5x runs on a 5.0 HP AC drive that reads each footstrike and adjusts belt speed to keep your stride smooth, from a slow warm-up walk to a 12 mph sprint. Under the belt, the Ultimate Deck soaks up impact so joints take less of a beating over long sessions - and the deck is rated for over 25,000 miles without maintenance.
The 60" × 22" running area gives tall runners and hard efforts plenty of room, and 0–15% power incline covers everything from flat tempo work to steep hill walks. A 400 lb user capacity and a 394 lb commercial frame make it a good fit for busy facility floors and serious home gyms.
