Delivery options
Your item’s shipping method and price are confirmed in the shipping calculator and at checkout. Here is what each delivery path means.
Items weighing 149 lb or less ship by ground parcel rather than freight.
Your equipment is palletized and protected. The freight carrier schedules delivery, then uses a liftgate to lower it to your curb or driveway. Moving it inside and unpacking it are up to you.
When selected and available for your address, the delivery team brings the equipment into the room, assembles and tests it, then removes the packaging.
For commercial builds and multi-pallet orders, a dedicated trailer keeps the full order together in one delivery. We confirm the unloading plan before the truck ships.
Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in. We will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.
Anything that arrives damaged or fails under warranty is handled separately and carries no restocking fee. Full terms are in our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Coverage and accessories have to go on the same booking as the machine. Add them here and they travel together.

I was thinking about getting Ozempic, but I’m not in the mood to go blind yet. So I decided I’d do it the old fashioned way and called CTX.

CTX stands by their products. I recently purchased a Precor elliptical from them & it arrived with a mechanical flaw. They coordinated with a technician to get my product fixed like new. They accomplished this despite the fact that my home was two states away. Special thank you to Nichole for staying accessible and attentive throughout the process!

Quick answer: A plate loaded row machine trains the back with plates instead of a stack, so there is no ceiling on load as you get stronger. The BUILT Strength Infinite Series Orbital Row targets the lats, traps, and rhomboids with width-adjustable hand grips, wide for lat spread and close for mid-back thickness, on a 595 lb frame that stays planted under heavy sets. It ships new from Build A Gym with nationwide delivery and warranty-backed support after the sale.
The BUILT Strength Infinite Series Orbital Row is a heavy-duty plate-loaded back machine built for maximum pulling volume and back thickness - targeting the lats, traps, and rhomboids with width-adjustable hand grips that shift pulling emphasis across the entire posterior chain. At 595 lb, this machine is engineered to stay planted and stable under the kind of loading serious back training demands.
Adjustable grip width means every pulling angle is available from a single station - wide for lat spread, close for rhomboid and trap density - without changing attachments or moving to a different machine. Plate-loaded resistance removes any stack ceiling, keeping the Orbital Row relevant as strength grows over months and years of progressive training.

Buyer questions
A plate loaded row lets you go as heavy as your plates allow and keeps a fixed path. A cable row is lighter on the joints at the top end but tops out at the stack.
Changing grip width shifts the work. Wide grips bias the lats and rear delts, close grips bias the rhomboids and traps, with no attachment change.
If you already own plates and want one serious back machine, yes. Plan for the 595 lb frame weight on delivery and flooring.
